Planning a visit to Canada
Tourism, family visits, short business trips — not every reason to visit needs the same document. Do you need a Temporary Resident Visa, or just an Electronic Travel Authorization? It depends on where you're travelling from, not why you're going.
From language programs to graduate degrees, a study permit covers more than just the classroom. What does yours actually let you do — work while you study, stay on after you graduate? The answer depends on your program.
Employers and workers face the same question from different sides: which work permit actually applies? Open, employer-specific, or through an international mobility category — the category changes how fast someone can start.
Express Entry, a Provincial Nominee Program, family sponsorship: permanent residence isn't one path, it's several. Which one fits your profile, and how long is that path actually going to take?
Applying for citizenship and renewing a PR card are two different processes on two different clocks. Do you know which one applies to you right now, and how close you are to either deadline?
Inadmissibility, misrepresentation, judicial review, refugee and protected persons matters — not every immigration issue comes with a form. What do you do when your situation doesn't fit the usual boxes?
Fill out the request form with your information, including whether you'd like to meet online or in person. Select a date and time for your consultation. Once our team accepts your request, you'll receive a confirmation email with our Service Agreement and payment instructions.

Online or in person
Let's talk about your current immigration situation, your intentions, and your goals. This is an hour-long conversation with a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), held online through Microsoft Teams or in person at our office in León, Guanajuato.
03
After the consultation
Within 1 to 2 business days of your consultation, you'll receive an opinion letter with detailed notes. This document gives you clarity on your case and helps you understand the risks involved, along with tailored advice, a strategy, or both. If you decide to move forward, the next step is a Retainer Agreement — the contract that officially starts your application with our office. Signing it is what begins representation on your case.

03 / Meet Gabriela
Welcome. I'm glad you're here. Real routes to Canada, mapped with precision — and no promises I can't keep.
Real strategy, the truth delivered with empathy, and decisions made with full information — never assumptions.
I found that Gabi's ability to empathize and understand my immigration needs made her stand out over other consultants and lawyers. Ever since working with her, she's been the first person I recommend to others whenever they find themselves in need of help with immigration matters. I cannot recommend her enough.
